Went for New Lane for XSC Gathering on 20070331 and only managed to take a picture or two. The place was fuming with cooking oil so I didn’t really grab my cam out until Jen brought her sister’s Canon SLR. Would have been much better if the turnout was more… Oh well.. until next time..

Tested out downhill yesterday (just about 5/6 feet with around 45degree slope) and sucked at it the second time. The rush/adrenaline pump is something i’ve not experience for a while. The first time.. I made it. The second time… I made the slope but crashed instead when I was at the bottom. Sustained just a minor scratch as you can see and a bruised near my left pelvic (picture not available, only realize the bruise today).

These were mainly shot with my kit 18-15mm lense and my 50mm (1.8f) prime lense.
Will need to buy a flash for the next wedding shoot which is supposed to be in 3 months.
Til then… even more practice required!
Ok, I’ve got pals who are bugging me for updates. I’m currently on antibiotics and painkillers after a surgery. I’ll provide pictures of Xray of the before and after very soon. My head still aches from surgery and I’ll blog more about it later…
