That’s the amount of trimming my motivator friend of mine and I hope to achieve. As you can realize, it is actually equivalent to only 2kgs. It just feels so damn good putting it in lbs for “I feel good” reason. Don’t even start with me, I was going measure it by grams!
It is important to set small achievable goals to keep one motivated when you see improvements, no matter how small it may be. This will help you achieve the bigger goal eventually.
Anyways, to a lot of folks, this goal in achieving this 2kgs in 6 weeks is actually peanuts but the goal here is to trim without (minimum) feeling miserable and burned out.
So, the agreement is to:
1. NOT skip dinner
(this is important.. ahem! the agreement is to eat like a pauper)
2. NO practicing of dieting techniques like “Ashwin’s Diet”. (will blog about this guy later)
3. At least twice a week of cardio work out. (Minimum)
4. Once a week of cardio/strength training of a different dicilipine. (e.g. hike/swim)
5. Have fun and enjoy food without restrictions on weekends.
Anyways… will be posting some Chinese New Year pics as soon as I have time. CNY was excellent. Hmm.. still have not “Pai Nin” (customary cny visit) with Mr & Mrs Khoo at their new place yet. Ash said he’ll be coming.. XSC.. any takers?
